Notice is hereby given that JAMES CATTERMOLE and CHARLES BARRATT, both of Papanui, in the said district, labourers, lately carrying on business in Co-partner-ship, under the style or firm of Catterraole and Barratt, as Farmers, have this day filed a Declaration in the said Court pursuant to the Bankruptcy Acts, that they are unable to meet their engagements with their Creditors.
