Tuesday, June 25. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m.

QBOHOE V. TOOMEB AND SON. The application on behalf of the defendants for the dismissal of the action herein was ordered to stand over for a week, HE EDWIN PEABCE, DECEASED. Mr Wynn Williams applied for prohate to Rebecca Pearce, solo executrix. His Honor made the order as prayed.

BE JOHN TUOKEY, DECEASED. Mr Holder applied for probate to Ellen Tuckey, as executrix. His Honor said his'impression was, the case was within his jurisdiction, but as the executrix resided in England, he would look into the matter.

Mr Thomas applied for on order of adjudication and meeting of creditors; His Honor mode the order, and fixed tho meeting of creditors for Wednesday, the 3rdl July, at one o’clock, UK JOHN WINO AND ANTHONY SI'INTYUE. On tho application, of Mr Joynt, the Last examination was fixed for Thursday, the 16th of August. UK KlOJUrtl) IIUAY. On the application of Mr Joynt, his Honor fixed tho East examination for Thursday, tho 15th August. HAY V. lIAMMKTT. Mr Wynn Williams moved for a rule nini, calling on the plaintiff to shew cause why tho amended pleadings should not be set aside ns irregular, or struck out or amended, as embarrassing. (Buies 529 and 68.) His Honor granted the rule ; returnable the first day after the circuit sittings. The Court then rose.
