Holmes and Co. their steam lighters Mullogh and Novelty, which will be employed in the lightering trade of the port. KAIAPOI. ARRIVED. April 29—Isabella Jackson, schooner, Watson, from Wellington, with cargo of coals, Belcher and Fairweather. The Isabella Jackson has been in the river a day or two, hut was unable to get up to the town in consequence of the fresh and head winds. She was towed up to the wharf yesterday by the Moa,s.s , which had been unable to get out owing to the rough sea on the bar. Several sailing vessels are also detained from the same cause.
