NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an order of this Honourable Court made on the sixteenth day of April instant the above-named Francis Pitt was declared and adjudged a bankrupt and Monday the twentysixth day of April instant was appointed for the first meeting of creditors when there being no proved creditors in attendance the; meeting was adjourned to MONDAY the third day of May next at twelve o’clock noon at the Chambers of the Registrar of this Honourable Court in Durham street in the city of Christchurch.
