A CORRECTION.

TO THE EDITOR OP THE LYTTELTON TIMES. Sir,—You will oblige me by correcting your statement of the case of Aulsbrook v, Crowley, wmch was heard yesterday before C C. Bowen, Esq. The fact is, I produced sufficient evidence to overthrow his claim for carting, which his Worship disallowed; by correcting the mistake you will greatly oblige, Your obedient servant, JAMES CROWLEY. Christchurch. June 19,1868,
