No horsemen, carriages, or dogs admitted on the grounds. Description and age of horses, and colours of the riders must be sent with the entry. Welter weights for age will be—6 yrs, and aged, 12 st 7 lbs; 5 yrs, 12 st; 4 yrs, 11 st 2 lbs; 3 yrs, 9st 10 lbs; with an allowance of 3 lbs for mares and geldings.
