THE Provincial Gorernment are prepared ,to receive TENDERS for the execution of about 72,000 Cubic Yards of Embankment for tl'U reclamation of the space between Norwich Quay and the Sea-wall. The plan and specification of the work may be seen at the Provincial Engineer's Office, Christchurch, and at the Harbour Works Office, Lyttelton. Tenders to be sent in at or before noon on Tuesday, Feb. 26, to the Secretary for Public Works, Christchurch, The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
