I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to clause Vlof the Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866, that on the 20th instant' an apnli- : tation was lodged in the Land Office, Christ' church, by Messrs Clifford and Weld, of Stoneyhurst, in the Province of Canterbury! to have issued by the Waste Lands Board, in substitution of the original license of Pasturage Run No. 448, of which they are the present Lioens'ees, a separate license to the said Messrs Clifford and Weld of that portion of the said Run lying to the eastward of the middle of the stream of the River Greta, and a separate License to Messrs Thomas Saunderson, John Studholme, Paul StUdholme, and Michael Studholme of that portion of the aforesaid Run lying to the Westward of the Middle of the Stream of the River Greta.
