Sir,—ln reply to an anonymous article in your issue of this day, headed "Debtors' Prison," I beg to state, for the satisfaction of the public and the many friends I have in the province, that the assertions of the person who wrote the above article do not affect in any way the gaoler or his warders. I shall not reply to any further assertions on the subject.
