Messrs. airman and wilson have been instructed by the Solicitors to the Mortgagees to sell by AUCTION, ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 23, At One o'Clock, All that parcel of Land, containing 50 acres, situated in the ChriatchHrch District, and being Section No. 2737 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the province, commencing at a point on the north-western side of the road and Great South Railway reserve, where it is met at right angles by a road from the northwest, the said point hearing on trigonometrical station 622 N, 84 deg. 20 min. W. magnetic, and on trigonometrical station 628 S., 20 min. E. magnetic, thence south-westerly . along the said road and railway reserve, a distance of 12 chains 50 links, and back north-westerly along south-western side of the abovemention, in a rectangular block a distance of 50 chains.
