Sale of Lyttelton Leasehold Land.—Yesterday, at the Queen's Hotel, Lyttelton, Mr. Ollivier offered for Bale the remainder of the lease, subject to a ground rest of £80 per annum, of the sections of land, and iron stores thereon, lately held by Mr. Mitchell, on the Municipal Reserve, in Oxford street. This property was bought in at £200. Also, the four quarter-acre sections, Nos. 317-320, situated on the Sumner-road, belonging to the Church Property Trustees, were leased for twenty-One years t'o Mr. Buist, on the following terms :—First seten years, £7 10s ; second seven do, £15 ; third seven do, £22.
