Barrett brothers, to sell by r public auction, at their Offices, on THURSDAY NOV. 24TH AT NOON, That Valuable Freehold Estate in the Lincoln District, being Section No. 1435, and containing 158 acres. The Section is laid down in grass, and is an exceedingly rich pasture. It is bounded on two sides by the River Halswell, and a Deep Creek running into the River, on the upper or Roadside there is a substantial fence. For the grazing or Cattle Breeding—this farm is perhaps as complete and compact as any in the province. The land can be readily divided in paddocks, and each completely watered and sheltered.
