NOTICE is hereby further given, that by an order of this honorable Court, made on the Fifteenth day of July, instant, on the petition of Henry Driver and John Maclean, both of Dunedin, aforesaid, trading under the firm of Driver, Maclean and Co., creditors of the said Bayley Pike, the estate and effects of the said Bayley Pike were as to that part of the said estate and effects, situate in the Province of Canterbury, placed under sequestration in the hands of Alexander Back, Esquire, Sheriff of the said province; and as to that part of the estate and effects situate in the Province of Otago, in the hands of John Gillies, Esquire, Sheriff of the said province; and by the said order, the Thirteenth day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, in Dunedin, was appointed for hearing the several matters contained in the said petition.
