At Ten a.m. a PROCESSION will be formed on the Papanui-road, composed of the several bodies described in a separate notice, and will proceed to the entrance of the city at the Ferry-road, where two Oak Trees will be planted in Commemoration of the event. At One o'clock a grand CHILDREN'S FEAST will take place in " Barnard's Repository," for all children between the ages of 5 and 12. Wheels of Fortune will be kept going under the special charge of the ladies appointed by the Ladies' Committee for that purpose. At the same hour RURAL SPORTS will be held in Latimer-square under a Special Committee of Sporting Gentlemen, of whom Thomas Cass, Esq., is the Chairman, at which liberal Prizes will be awarded to successful competitors for the several sports. At half-past One o'clock, a DINNER will be given to the principal Natives of the Province, at the New Music Hall, Gloucester-street. A GENERAL ILLUMINATION of the principal streets of the City will take place between the hours of Six and Nine p.m., and at Eight to half-past Eight a grand DISPLAY of FIREWORKS will take place in the Government Domain.
