UNRESERVED SALE. ON THE Bth OF APRIL, AT NOON, MESSRS. J. OLLIVIER & SOS will sell, absolutely without reserve, tha' magnificent property entitled TIIE SPRINGS ESTATE, consisting of the following lots:— Lot 1. —The Springs Run, of about 5000 acres including 1500 acres of pre-emptive right covering both sides of the South Road neai Weeden's, the Homestead pre-emptive right of 250 acres, together with the house, well stocked garden, cottage, dairy, stables, stockyards and sheds, six paddocks, well fenced, oi which about 60 acres are laid down in good English pastures. A beatiful stream of water rising in the Springs runs through the centre of the property. Lot 2.—Section 2937, consisting of 150 acres of remarkably rich land immediately behind and adjoining the pre-emptive right lot 1. Lot 3. —Section 2932, 144 acres, equally good land, adjoining the last. Lot 4. —Sections 2951, 2933, with so much of 2456 as lies to the east of the stream which divides that section, and the improvement pre-emptive right of 50 acres. The north boundary is fenced by a good fence, and the west is bounded by the creek; the lot is computed to contain about 350 acres. Lot 5. —The part of 2456 lying to the west of the last mentioned creek, computed to contain about 100 acres; this comprises what is commonly called the Horse Bight. Lot 6.—Section 2159, containing upwards of 200 acres. This is a paddock substantially fenced and well broken up; a crop has been taken out of about 60 acres, and about 40 were sown with grass. The town of Lincoln fronts on the north-east corner of this section. Lot 7.—Sections 2755 and 2774 containing 63 acres, partially bounded by streams. Lot 8. —A section of 20 acres of well timbered land in Alford Forest. Lot 9—The Longbeach Run, comprising about 3000 acres of first-rate cattle country, with home station, near the mouth of the river Hinds. The pasturage, including homestead pre-emptive right, will be put up at 2s an acre; the freehold land at £2.
