POST OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails per Airedale for the Northern Ports of New Zealand, will close on Fbiday, the 10th Instant; at Christchurch. at 8 a.m., and at Lyttelton at 11 a.m. Mails per Queen for Engiand, India, Mediterranean Ports, Australian Colonies and Dunedin, will close at Lyttelton and Chistchurch on Tuesday, the 14th Instant, at 5 p.m. Late letters, for England and Dunedin only, by payment of an extra sixpenny postage stamp upon each letter, can be posted at Christchurch until within three hours, and at Lyttelton until within one hour of the sailing of the steamer on Wednesday, the 15th instant. Money Orders on the United Kingdom are granted at the Post-offices, Lyttelton, Christchurch, Kaiapoi, and Timaru. Money Orders for this mail must be procur d at Lytteltpn and Christchurch, before 4 p.m. on Monday, the 13th instant, and at Eaiapoi before 4 p.m. on Saturday, the 11th instant.
