Harnmn, Esq., agent for the proprietor, to sell by Public Auction, at their rooms on THURSDAY, APRIL 24, Fifty Acres Freehold Land, part of rural section No. 48, situate and fronting upon the Ferry Road, about half a mile from the south-east corner of the Town of Christchurch. Of this section, ten acres are leased until September, 1866, at £5 per annum ; about eleven acres aie leased until 1872 at £5 15s. per annum for four years, and at £11 10s.'per annum for the remainder of the terra ;.< about twenty-nine acres are leased until 1876 at £7 2s. 6d. for one year, at £14 ss. for seven years, and y£2l 7s. 6d. for the last seven years of the time. * This property has an unusually large frontage upon a main road, and is adjoining the contemplated site of the junction of the lines of railway from the north and from Lyttelton.
