The Kinnaird from Wellington, arrived at Gravesend on tlie 24th November.; . The' White Star'dipper Blue Jacket, Captain Hugh Clarke, belonging to Messrs. H. Aniarrangement lias been concluded between the Provincial Goyernment of Canterbury, New Zealand, arid Messrs! Miles Brothers, and Co. of Bristol, to convey emigrants from the port of Bristol to the above province.
