The bush; extehdihg down to the back sections, adds beauty to the scenery; and affords facilities for the supply of firewood, to the township, On some of the sections there is a sufficient quantity to last a-purchaser for a considerable time. . ', The climate is particularly adapted to invalids, who.can avail themselves of the invigorating sea bathing, which the beach so readily affords. The size of the allotments vary; those fronting upon the Marine Parade and Temple Gardens are quarter acres; the others from half an acre to three acres.
