WHEREAS John Townshond Parkinson, of tliq Christcimrch District, in the Province-of Canterbury in New Zealand, CommiHsion Agent, did, by deed bearing date tho twentyfourth day. of September instant, made botween the said John Townshend Parkinson of tho first part, William Thomson, of Christchurch, in the said province, Accountant, and John Campbell Aikinan, of the said 'Christchurch District, Merchant, of the second part, and soveral other persons creditors of the said John Townshend Parkinson of the third part, assign all his leasehold and personal estate and effects unto the said William Thomson and John Campbell Aikman, upon trust, for sale by public auction or: private contract, in one or more lot or lots, for the benefit of such of the creditors of the said John ■■■Townshend Parkinson who should execute the said deed within two months from the date thereof; which said deed was duly executed by the said John Townshend Parkinson and William Thomson, in the presence of Charles Allison, of Christchurch, Builder, and Edward French Buttemer Harston, of Christchurch, Solicitor, and by the said John Campbell Aikman, in the presence of James Murray Young, of Lyttelton, Mariner, and Thomas Irvine, of Lyttelton, Mariner, on the day of the date thereof. Notice is hereby given that the said deed of assignment now lies at my office, in Christchurch, for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said John Townshend Parkinson; and such of them as shall neglect to execute the same within the time aforesaid, will be excluded from all benefits arising therefrom.
