NOTICE is hereby given, that by a deed dated the 13th day of June, instant, Frank Slee, of the City of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, Butcher, assigned all his personal estate and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever as therein is mentioned, unto Richard Westenra and Alfred Charles Barker, both of Christchurch aforesaid. Esquires, in trust, for the benefit of the creditors of the said Frank Slee, who should execute; the same: and that the said deed was duly executed; by the said Frank Slee on the day of the date: (hereof, in the presence of and attested by Charles William Wyatt, of the Market Place, in the said City of Christchurch, Solicitor; and was also duly executed by the saidßichard Westenra and, Alfred Charles Barker respectively, on the day of the date thereof in the presence of and attested by Thomas Hichens, the younger, Clerk to the said Charles William Wyatt. ; And notice is hereby also given, that the said I deed will lie at the office of the said Charles William Wy alt, for execution by the creditors of the said Frank Slee, until the 13th day of August [ next ensuing; and all persons indebted to or having claims against the said Frank Slee, are requested to pay-such debts, or send particulars of their claims to the said Charles William Wyatt. "VrOTICE is hereby given that, by a Deed JL i dated the ninth day of July instant, James Francis M'Cardell of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, Bookseller and Stationer, assigned all his leasehold and personal estate and effects whatsoever and whensoever unto Edward Recce and William Stringer, both of Christchurch, | aforesaid, in trust for the benefit of the creditors of the said James Francis M'Cardell, who should execute the same, and that the said Deed was duly executed by the said James Francis M'Cardell in the presence of and atlested by Harry Bell Johnstone, of Casbel Street, in the said city of Christchurch, Solicitor, and Charles Edward Phillips, Articled Clerk to H. B. Johnstone, Solicitor, Christchurch, and .was also duly executed by the said Edward Recce and William Stringer respectively on the day of the date thereof. NOTICE is therefore hereby given that the said Deed of assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said James Francis M'Cardell; and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the same within two months from the date thereof will be excluded from all benefit which may arise therefrom.
