For sales by public auction and private contract of every description of merchandise and effects, wool, grain, and all kinds of produce. 2nd. As a public store for produce waiting sale or shipment to port. 3rd. A merchant's room will bo provided with desks and writing materials, on payment of a small annual subscription. 4th. Lists will be kept of land and other property, for sale, houses to let, etc. During the progress, and until the completion of the building, Sales by Auction will be undertaken of all property not requiring stowage.
