WHEELER & NURSE, Mail Contractors, beg- to inform the inhabitants of Canterbury that they have started aspringconveyance between Christchurch and Kaiapoi, and hope, by strict attention to ' orders and a due regard to the comfort of passengers, to meet with a share of public patronage. The conveyance will start from the Golden Fleece, Christchurch, every Monday and Thursday, half-an hour after the first omnibus returns from Lyttelton; and leave the Northern Hotel, Kaiapoi, for Christchurch, half-an hour after the arrival of the Rangiora mail, and in time to catch the omnibus leaving Christchurch for Lyttelton in the afternoon.' \ All parcels left at Hutchinson's store, or at the Northern Hotel, Kaiapoi, will meet witn strict attention.
