Ballard, and Rayner and Percival, as transferring therein their debts and liabilities from the 10th of July, 1855, to the said Ballard, together with all credits accruing within the same period —for better—for worse—more or less, and this without any guarantee as to loss in collection or trouble in proving; I shall now- for the future take no further trouble in the matter, as by the conditions of said sale I consider "myself done with the business.
