Provincial Secretary's Office, Christciuirch, August 28th, 1855 is Hereby Given, that if any -L^ Immigrants who have given Promissory Notes in part payment of assisted passages to this Province, and of which payment will be required a year after the date of their landing, are willing to pay the whole or any part of their engagements before that time, they will be allowed a Discount as follows : — Within 3 months after landing, 10 per cent.
