NOTICE is hereby given -that, whereas the next sittings of the Court, for the despatch of Criminal aud Civil business, at Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury in the Southern District of New Zealand, should be at the Court House, in said town, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of Monday, -the 15th day of October, and such sittings will be as soon thereafter as conveniently may be; yet that, regard being had to the uncertainty ofthe possibility of the arrival of His Honor the Judge, no more definite notice can, as yei, be given.
