NOTICE, WHEREAS sundry persons have cut down and stolen timber, and have been found shooting and pig-bunting in my bush without leave, I hereby give notice that all such trespassers will be prosecuted if discovered, and a reward of £5 will be given to any one who shall give such information-as may lead to their detection. PARKINSON has received instructions from His Honor the Superintendant, to sell by Auction, on Saturday next, the 25th instant (weatl er permitting), at tbe White Hart stockyard, ivithout reserve, a choice lot of 21 Steers, from 2 to 3 years old, I Cow, imported from Wellington, and 1 Superior-bred Bull. The steers are nearly all pail-fed, and bred from one of the choicest lot of Cattle in the settlement. The Bull took the first prize at the Canterbury Cattle Show. Sale at 2 o'clock. To Be Sold.
