Bethune & Hunter, Auctioneers, at Wellington, in New Zealand, on Friday, the 22nd day of June next, at 12 o'clock, certain freehold premises at Okiwa, or the Giove, in Queen Charlotte Sound, in the Crown Grant thereof described as comprising 1100 acres or thereabouts, excepting one hundred feet from high water mark, aud also excepting any necessary roads required for public convenience, late the* property of Joseph Toms, late of Queen Charlotte Sound aforesaid, master whaler, deceased, excepting thereout fifty acres of the same land alleged to have been sold by the deceased to Robert Richmond, particulars whereof may be had at the Supreme Court Offices, Wellington and Auckland (where a plan of the property may be inspected), at the offices of Mr. John King, Solicitor, in Wellington, and of Robert Haet, Lambton Quay, Wellington, Solicitor for the Plaintiff.
