TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT with immediate possession, if required, that plot of LAND part of Town Section No. 4, situate in and fronting upon Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, presenting a frontage thereto of 27 feet, and extending backwards 165 fept, together with the Messuage or Dwelling House and Buildings thereon, well known as " The Steadfast Coffee and Dining Rooms," with the Yard, Stable, and Outbuild* ings thereto, belonging and now in the possession of Mr. William Packard, the owner thereof.
