Also, all ,his Household Goods and Furnitnre, books of; account, debt, sura and sums of money, and all other the personal estate and effects whatsoever (, and wheresoever of him the said Johri Foster Swinbourne, unto< Henry.John'-Le Crenand .Edward Allen Hargreaves, of Lytteltorij merchants, upon trust for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said John Foster Swinbourne, who should execute the Deed within two calendar moiiths from the date thereof, and the said Deed was executed by the said John Foster Swinboiirne,; H envy John Le Cren, and Edward Allen Hargreaves, on the day of the dale thereof, in the presence of and attested by Richard Wormald, of Lyttelton aforesaid, solicitor, and Jonathan Redmayne, of the same place, his clerk. And Notice is hereby further Given, that the said Deed of Assign- • ment now lies at my office, as, solicitorof the ■ said trustees, for the inspection and execution i by the several creditors of the said John Foster i Swinbourne, aud snch of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the said Deed within the time aforesaid will be excluded all benefit that may arise therefrom.
