In reference to the New Zealand business hitherto carried on at the Colonists 1 Kooms here by me, in exclusive connection with Messrs. Money Wigram and Sons, I beg to inform you that I have made arrangements witb .Messrs. Frederick Young & Co., of 74, Cornhill, for the purpose of keeping up a regular line of communication between this country and the various ports in New Zealand. According to the terms of this arrangement, 1 have transferred to them all my interest and connection with these Rooms, and agreed that m future they shall be conducted by Mr. Horace loung, who will represent Messrs. Frederick lining & Co, in this branch of their establishment. I have only to add an expression of my hope that the coniidence with which you have always treated me in your communications, upon all subjects relating to the Colonies, may be fully extended to Messrs.
