NOTICE. WHEREAS the Church Property . Trust Ordinance, of this Province, Sess. 11., No. 3, has been allowed by the Officer administering, the Government, = , - . We, the Undersigned, being four Trustees appointed under the said Ordinance, do hereby in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, call a Special General Meeting of the Trustees, to be held on Thursday, the 26th inst., at noon, at the vestry of the Church, at Christchurch, to determine what steps are to be taken for carrying into effect the general purposes of the Ordinance. B. Hart, and Co," hath been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Michael Brannan Hart, by whom in future the business will be carried on.
