WHEREAS the Church Property ■'■Trust;-Ordinance, of this Province, Sess. 11., No. 3, has been allowed b"y the Officer administering the Government, We, the Undersigned,.being four Trustees appointed under the said Ordinance, do hereby in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, call a Special General Meeting,of the Trustees, to be held on Thursday, .the 26th inst., at noon, at the vestry of the Church, at Christchurch, to determine what steps are to be taken for carrying into effect the general purposes of the Ordinance. "VfOTICE is hereby given that all -*-* Runs granted for the depasturing of Stock within the Canterbury Block will be considered as open for re-selection unless the license for the same be renewed by payment of the rent within one month after it has become due. WHEREAS several persons have sent in to this office applications for Pasturage Licenses on any Waste Lands of the Crown in the Province of Canterbury (outside the Canterbury Block), that may remain unoccupied after the Licenses for the current year have been granted to those entitled to them— Notice is Hereby Given, that the Maps showing the country that remains open for selection may now be seen at this office, and such applicants as aforesaid are required to define the boundaries of the respective runs they have applied for on or before Saturday, the 14th instant, after which period they will be Gazetted in accordance with the Government regulations. NOTIGE. ~M~OTICE is hereby given, that the -*-^ Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, Charles Day of Sydney, New South Wales, and Michael Brannan Hart of Christchnrcb, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, as publicans at Christchurch, aforesaid, under the style or form of " M. B. Hart, and Co," hath been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Michael Brannan Hart, by whom in future the business will be carried on.
