Provincial Council.
Tuesday, October 3rd.—This being the day unto which the meeting of the Provincial Council stood adjourned, there was an attendance of the following members :—Captain Simeon, Messrs. Tancred, Hamilton, and Hall.
In the absence of any proclamation from His Honor the Superintendent, calling upon the Council to proceed to the despatch of business, it seemed to be generally understood that no business could be proceeded with. The members separated, therefore, almost immediately afterwards.
