NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Runs granted for the depasturing of Stock within the Canterbury Block will be considered as open f6r re-selection unless the license for the same be renewed by payment of the rent within one month after it has become due. I_l OLDERS of Depasturing Licenses in -*-■- the Province of Canterbury, outside the Canterbury Block, are hereby required to send in to this Office, on or before the 30th day of September next, a Return* (according to the form contained in the schedule hereunto annexed) of all Cattle in their possession on the Ist day of the said month of Spptember, in compliance with the Government Regulations which provide for the Assessment to be levied on stock kept upon any Waste Lands of the Crown. And Notice is Hereby Given, —That the Commissioner of Crown Lands will be prepared on the Ist day of October next, to issue Licenses in the form directed by the Government Regulations to parties entitled to the same.; No License already issued will be renewed or confirmed, unless the party holding the same, has, in the Province on or before the said Ist of October, the number of stock required by the regulations for the country for which such License has been granted, and all runs not so stocked will be forfeited and allotted according to priority of application.
