WEEKLY SALE by AUCTION Of Cattle, Horses, &c, at Christdmrch MR. ALPORT begs to inform Stockowners and others, that he intends holding a Public Auction, Weekly, on Saturday (being Market-day), at the Golden Fleece Hotel, Chrjstcburch, for the Sale of Stock, Merchandise, &c. N.B. Parties desirous of submitting Stock, &c. to Public Competition will oblige by signifying the same on or before the previous Thursday. Important and Unreserved Sale. MR. ALPORT is instructed to Sell by Public Auction, at his Auction Rooms, on Monday next, June 26th, at 12 o'clock, noon, precisely, the Stock-in-Teade of Messrs. J. & W. Harrison, Canterbury Street, Lyttelton, (in consequence of their dissolution of partnership), consisting of— Superfine black cloth, alpaca, tweeds, Shepherds' plaid, doeskin, lavender and drab bearers, woollen cord, flannel, white calico, brown holland, black linen silicia, white drill, cantoon, drab moleskin, and waistcoat pieces. Clothing ; consisting of coats, waistcoats, and trousers, cloth caps, worsted stockings, and socks. Trimmings; consisting of buttons, thimbles, thread, silk, twist, tape, needles, &c, and other sundries. Also ivill he submitted, A superior assortment of Earthenware ; consisting of meat, pie, vegetable, and rice dishes; meat, pudding, and cheese plates ; soup and sauce tureens; basins, cups and saucers, mugs, chamber services, bidet and bed pans, jugs, &c, &c. LONGDEN will Sell by Public -"J- Auction on Friday the 30th of June, at noon,the IBON STOEE ON NORWICH QUAY, the property of Mr. Greaves, and the unexpiretl portion of the lease of the ground, viz , 11 years, upon which the said building stands, at an annual rate of £18, with a clear right of cart way reserved and shewn by plan on the lease. The building, at the expiration of the terra of the lease, may be taken away, (unscrewed and unrivetted,) at the option of "the owner, or if not taken down, the Lessor of the ground has a right of pre-emption at the same price as may be offered for it by any other person.
