Christchurcii Market, Feb. 11.—The continuance oi the fine harvest weather prevents the attendance of the agriculturists at the market. The crops are being got in with satisfactory promptitude, and the forebodings as to the scarcity of labour has not, we are happy to say, been realized. There were some very fine samples of wheat and barley exhibited to-day, but little business was however done, and we are unable to quote any amount of transactions. There appears an unwillingness on the part of folders to sell at present. Wheat and barley \?ere nominally, 10s. per bushel; Oats, 6s. to Bs. Butter is in deimud at an advance, Is, 4d. to is. Cd. per Ib.
