ALSO, A quantity of Carpenters' Tools, consisting of Bench Screws, Saws, Planes, Augurs, Gimblets, Hammers, T Hinges, Locks, Nails, &c, &c, the whole of which will be sold without any reserve. LONGDEN has received instructions to sell by Auction at his Rooms in Christchurch, on Saturday, 25th February, (unless previously disposed of by private contract) Sections 267 and 269 in Jlilmore Street, together with the excellent dwelling-house and all the improvements thereon, now in the occupation of His Honor the Superintendent. The House is well and 'substantially built, and contains three rooms and a commodious kitchen. Both Sections are separately fenced in, the house standing in one, and an excellent workshed and other useful buildings on the other section, the whole forming a most valuable property either for occupation or investment.
