The working classes are earnestly requested to attend upon this occasion; we would wish toimpress upon their minds that, although the mania of elections are over, there are other matters of great importance which require and deserve their attention. Nothing is move essential than unity, especially in an infant Settlement, and we require no further proof than the proceedings of the united and liberal-minded public of Wellington, to justify us in establishing this Society, for the protection of the best interests of the workingclasses.
