IT being highly desirable that a Building, calculated for public purposes, should be erected forthwith :—lt is proposed to form a Company for the purpose of purchasing the site for and erecting such a building, with a Capital of £1,000, in shares of H.each; and .478 shares having been applied for, the co-operation of the public at large is requested to fill up the list. It is fully calculated that a Building of the description intended will not only be very useful for public purposes but alsoprove a remunerative speculation to the Shareholders, as it may reasonably be expected that the Local Government will vent it for the service of the Provincial Council, ana Magistrates, and Supreme Court; also that it would be frequently.hired for Balls, Dinners, and other festivities.
