Sale at 12 o'clock precisely. Lyttelton Arms Hotel. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION. By Messrs. Longden and Le Ceen, under a writ of Fi. Fa., at their Stores in Lyttelton on Thursday the 2nd day of June next, at 1 o'clock precisely, subject to conditions. ALL the Right, Title, and Interest of Mr. W. Bannister in a certain Lease of a Quarter-acre Section of Town Land, being No. 5, fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton aforesaid, with the Messuage or Dwelling House, Shop, and other Buildings thereon, now in the occupation of Mrs. W. Bannister and Mr. James Rule. The Lease is held for a certain term of 21 years from the Ist day of January, 1852, and will be sold subject to the rent of £75 per annum, to the arrears of rent now due in respect thereof, and to the covenants therein expressed and implied. Herd of Superior Durham Cattle for Sale. "OOR SALE, by the Undersigned, and -*- now depasturing at his Run, on the Cheviot Hills, Hurunui River, the well-known Herd of Cattle, bred by George Duppa, Esq., Birch-hill, Wairau. Tbe whole Herd consisting of nearly 500 head, will be Sold, on the Station, in lots to suit intending purchasers. The original stock of this Herd, was selected with great care by Mr. Duppa, from the justly celebrated Herd, of bow and arrow cattle, the property of the late Dr. James Bowman, of Raversworth, Hunter River, N.
