NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS

In future, all communications to the Editor of the Lyltellon Times must be left at the office before Wednesday Evening, or at Mr. Bishop's, Christchurch, before 4p. m. on that day, in order that tliey way be inserted in the Paper of the following Saturday., No communication will receive any attention unless accompanied by the name and address of the Author, not necessarily for publication, but us evidence of his good faith. We shall, at all times, be happy to receive communications on mailers of local and general interest. We do not, however, undertake to hold ourselves responsible for the sentiments and opinions of those who may favour us with their communications.
