Meeting, held onv Monday, the Ist inst., it was unanimously resolved, — "That the Requisition to Mr. Godley now iv progress of signature, requesting him to allow himself to be put in nomination for the office of Superintendent, be adopted by the Society." " That, in the opinion of this Society, the following gentlemen are most entitled to its confidence in public affairs, and should therefore be requested to allow themselves to be put in nomination as Candidates for seats in the General Assembly of NewZealand :— "Mr. Deans, I Mr .
