The Lyttelton Times.

. November 6, J 852. We give in our impression to-day a portion of the New Zealand Government Bill. We had intended to have published it in full, but its length forbids our doing so,; as it would have prevented our inserting any general news whatever. We purpose, however, as we have the Bill nearly in type, to issue it in the shape, of a Pamphlet, early in the ensuing week, so that the Public may haVe ah opportunity of making themselves acquainted with its details ;■''all the more necessary now that several' Candidates, as will be seen from our advertising columns, are in the field, through requisition and otherwise, to represent the Province in the General Assembly. We shall of course, publish the residue of the Bill in our next. ■
