IVrOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that -^ a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business will be holden at Lyttelton, in the District of Canterbury, on Friday the 15th day of October next, at Ten o'Clock in the forenoon, within the Court House there, at which time and place all persons under Recognisances to appear either as Prosecutor, Defendant, or Witnesses are required to give their attendance.
