NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS.
We have rceeived " Ws" letter, but decline inserting it, as the subject is not adapted for the columns of a newspaper. " Observer's" letter with respect to the extreme^ arduous work the " hard labour men" are subjected to, at rived too late for insertion this week. Owing to the extreme trouble and annoyance we are subjected to in collecting small accounts, we must' peremptorily in future carry out our weekly inserted notice, that advertisements must be paid for at the time of insertion. We further add that we cannot keep Advertisements standing over intermediate weeks; in future, therefore, when a week elapses we shall charge \%d. per line — when two weeks, Id., and so on. We disclaim the title of " tonans," fixed upon us by " Junius;" we are at best but Littel-tonans.
