NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS.

We have received a letter from a party concerned in the case of Willock v. Taylor, which was dismissed after a long examination. It is couched in language we cannot admit into our columns. We are always disposed to publish (presumed) grievances when stated with fairness and moderation, but must peremptorily decline all statements in which unworthy motives are imputed, and violent language used. Owing to a press of Advertisements at the last moment, we are unavoidably compelled to omit various interesting matter we have in type. Times Office, Sept. 3, 1852. The Nelson Examiner, published every Saturday, may be had by applying at the office of the Lyttelton Times. Any communications or advertisements intended for the Examiner will be received at this Office.
