TO BE LET, ON LEASE, Or from year to year, by quarterly, monthly, or weekly payments, ALL that enclosed piece or parcel of Land known as "The Lyttelton Town Garden Land," consisting of 21 acres, in the highest state of cultivation, and upon which are now growing upwards of 100,000 plants, including amongst others, large quantities of Early Peas, Onions, and Early York, Bathuvst and Sugar-loaf Cabbages now ready for replanting. There is on the land a good House Jl2 feet square, perfectly air and water tight. The Tenant or Lessee will also be entitled, without any charge, to a large quantity of Kitchen Garden and Flower Seeds of the best kind, lately imported from Hobart Town. The whole of the land at a great expense has been enclosed with a good and substantial fence. The above land is advantageously situate on a gentle slope facing the south-east, and lies just beyond the Town Sections on the northwest side of Lyttelton, and is now in the occupathon of Mr. Joseph Denham, the owner thereof.
