ggjAncTioN Sales, July 6.— Mr. Alport. Canterbury Association's Land Sale at Christchurch.—All the Sections in the Town of Christchurch, numbering 160 Half-acre Lots were purchased at the upset price of £24 each' for the Ecclesiastical and Educational Trust Fund. 51 Quarter Acre Sections in Lyttelton were purchased for the same fund at the upset price of £12 each. The remaining 5 Sections passed into the hands of private purchasers at an advance of £1 on the upset price. Lyttelton, July Bth.— Sydney Flour in 200 Ib. bags, £29 per ton ; China Sugar, 4^d. per lb.; Rice, 2^d. per lb.; Pickles, pints, 11s. per dozen ; sundry Household articles sold at very low rates. Sydney Coals 265. per ton.
