ALPORT begs to announce that he will offer for Sale by Public Auction, ' on Tuesday next the 24th instant, at One o'Clock in the afternoon, at the Golden Fleece Hotel, Chkistchurch, the following Property, A first rate 100 acre Section of Excellent Land, No. 70, situate on the Waimairi Road, near Riccarton, selected for the proprietor by the late William Deans, Esq., to be sold in plots, varying from 10 to 20 acres. Tlie property is within a short distance of Riccarton and Papanui Woods, well supplied with water from the Waimairi and Wairarapa Rivers, by which it is naturally fenced in on the north and south sides, and is immediately adjacent to the Water Corn Mill, now about to be erected on the Waimari.
